Agreement To Terms
These Terms and Conditions (this "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between You and ProSubs governing your use of ProSubs' application, website, and technology Site (collectively, the "ProSubs Site" or "Site").
If You are accessing our Site on behalf of a company or organisation, You agree to the Agreement on behalf of that organisation and represent that You have authority to bind that company or organisation to the terms contained herein. If You do not have such authority, You must not accept this Agreement and must not use the Services accessible under it.
You agree that by accessing our Site, You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If You do not agree with all the Terms and Conditions, then You are expressly prohibited from using our Site and You must discontinue use immediately.
The information provided on our Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject Us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.
Accordingly, those persons who choose to access our Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
Modification to the Agreement
We may change the terms and conditions of this Agreement from time to time. Such changes shall not be binding upon you unless we provide you with advance notice of such changes to this Agreement, in which case they will become effective on the date specified in the notice. To the extent permitted by law, continued use of our Site or Services after any such changes are in effect shall constitute your consent to such changes. You agree that modification of this Agreement does not create a renewed opportunity to opt out of contractual obligations to ProSubs. ProSubs reserves the right to modify any information referenced in the hyperlinks from this Agreement from time to time, and such modifications shall become effective upon posting.
Definitions and Interpretations
"Services": refers to various services provided to you by ProSubs that help content creators connect better with their audiences, offered via ProSubs' websites, mobile applications, clients, and other forms (including new ones enabled by future technological development).
"You/Your": a User or any other individual or entity or end user accessing our Site, its contents, submitting the registration form, or participating in the Services offered through our Site, whether personally or on behalf of an entity.
Any use of the above or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
Agreed Terms
What Is In These Terms? These Terms and Conditions inform you of the conditions under which you agree to use our Site.
Eligibility and Access to Our Services
Our Site may only be used by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Our Site is not available to children (persons under the age of majority in their jurisdiction or territory of residence).
When interacting with our Site, you are giving us (and our customers) ownership of the information you submit. You can't usually erase those submissions later. However, you can always erase your basic profile info, opt out of marketing, or close your account. We'll help you if you reach out to us.
You are a "User" if You have created or have been provided with a User identification and password ("Account Information") or have been granted access to Our Services.
Users shall access Our Services via a device that meets the minimum technical requirements necessary to run the Services. Users must comply with the terms of this Agreement and shall be responsible and liable for any non-compliance.

Changes to Our App
We may update and change Our Site from time to time to reflect changes to Our Services, our Users' needs, and/or Our business priorities. We will try to give You reasonable notice of any major changes.
Account Security
You must keep your Account Information safe, confidential, and not disclosed to any third party. We have the right to disable Your Account Information if in Our reasonable opinion You have failed to comply with any of the provisions of this Agreement.
If You suspect any compromise of Your Account Information, notify Us promptly at support@prosubs.com.
User Content and Conduct
All data, information, or materials You provide to our Site ("Our Site Content") or otherwise provide to Us ("User Information") must be accurate, correct, and up to date. You have a duty to maintain its accuracy.
You shall not provide User Data or ProSubs Site Content that is infringing, fraudulent, illegal, libellous, defamatory, threatening, obscene, abusive, deceptive, discriminatory, invasive of privacy, or otherwise violates any rights.
You are solely responsible for any issues resulting from User Information or Site Content submitted under Your account. All User Information is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By submitting or uploading Site Content or User Information, You grant Us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, use, copy, transmit, access, read, store, publish, display, modify, distribute, and otherwise exploit it in any and all media.
Content Guidelines
Do not upload or submit content that:
- (a) Is pornographic, defamatory, obscene, hateful, promotes illegal activities, or is otherwise offensive;
- (b) Violates any laws;
- (c) Spams or mass-emails Users;
- (d) Collects or sells personal information about any User;
- (e) Harasses, threatens, or intimidates Users;
- (f) Uses automation tools to create content or profiles;
- (g) Discloses confidential information; or
- (h) Infringes third-party copyrights.
We reserve the right to remove content or terminate access if You breach this Agreement. No refunds will be issued.
User Warranties
You warrant that:
- • You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement;
- • Your use of the Site complies with applicable laws and does not breach any other agreements;
- • You provide accurate, complete, and updated information;
- • You consent to public publication of certain data submitted;
- • You will not introduce malware, hack, or otherwise disrupt our Site;
- • You will not reproduce or exploit any part of the Site or its code without written permission;
- • You will not gain unauthorized access or reverse-engineer the Services;
- • You will not benchmark, monitor, or copy the Services for competition;
- • You will not permit third parties to breach this Agreement;
- • You indemnify Us and Users for any harm caused by false, misleading, or incomplete information.
Disclaimer
While we strive to update our Site, we do not guarantee that the content on our Site is accurate, complete, or current. This includes, but is not limited to, product names, descriptions, uses, and prices.
